They make us take these pulse surveys and every time you make honest comments it’s like they go backwards.
I want to know what verbatim to use to get issues addressed and noticed. At this point my work environment is toxic and it’s depressing coming into work.
We get treated with disrespect and our problems aren’t being heard. It’s like even when you speak up you get punished for it.
Do you know what else is insane? How many more wireline contacts we outsource than wireless.
The calls that cost us more get sent overseas more than the calls that cost us less.

It's insane that landline employees makes 8 x or more than wireless. What's even more insane is that this has been acceptable practice for all these years! Something needs to be done.

I made a post in ours about how the managers feel they only need to sit out back and assign us Salesforce calls (when Salesforce was a thing), and that upper level leadership is out of touch with what actually goes on in retail

Unless you want to get your direct manager (GM) in trouble, nothing you do or say on this survey will do anything. Anything, even if you say directly… it is the district manager/director, etc, even if you spell it out directly, the DM (talking about you ET from NETX) will find a way to blame it on the GM. It all slides down the hill. Hopeless
