Nay layoffs in CEGBU? what specific team? What region or Country? and When? I read in some post here that they have reliable sources but the infomation are more general and vague. Everyone reading this siye are just coming everyday and looking for clues and this also add to the worries. If this is reliable please share the information and not a hearsay.We are anonymous here so pls spill the beans. Thanks.

CEGBU overcharges for consultants and PM’s that could be replaced with people out of college. The PM’s are so ancient. They are generating rev for a few reasons….
Most in support and other quasi biz areas like customer success have not been given raises for 5-10 years. And I mean not even cost of living. The managers are just timesheet and vacation approvers. Mgmt reaps all the rewards. It’s sad cause some folks have stayed in depts for 10-30 years. I got more in a raise in one year leaving them than I did in 10 years.
Mgmt is useless. Indian managers know what they’re up to for the most part but common theme is they hire other Indians. Fine with that if they find they are the most qualified.

Yes correct. CEGBU has high financial revenue as of now.
I'm also in CEGBU and haven't heard anything. I asked very Sr management very bluntly and was told financials in CEGBU are incredibly strong. Not sure what that's worth but I believe it's a high revenue unit.
CEGBU is generating a lot of income to O. Do not assume they are not doing anything.
Hopefully cegbu management gets laid off as they do absolutely nothing.
I am hearing rumblings about potential impacts in CAGBU, im not sure about CEGBU.
Something i heard in a meeting, no timelines or definitive statements just that a project in CAGBU was most likely going to get cancelled
i may not , but information on this forum is more reliable than the ones you get from O management
