I’m seeing lots of speculation here. But there’s no way they won’t offer severance packages to anyone that’s laid off. They might offer you an order writer position at lesser pay if you want to stay; but they can’t force you to take it. And the severance packages are in part to keep you working until the changes take effect. So it’s in their best interest to keep you coming to work if you’ve lost your position.

And when you don't show up, don't think they will care! They treat people like they are completely disposable, like garbage.
If they treat you like dirt, and you stick around for more, all you are doing is telling them it's fine. Shame on you, if you don't change things up than nothing will change. Anyone who allows this when there are so many opportunities out there....? Be brave. They suck!
Maybe they don’t legally owe you anything. But you can be sure if I lost my sales rep position and they don’t offer me a severance after I decline an order writer position; that I won’t be coming to work the next day
If they offer you a lesser role and you decline, they owe you nothing....so don't expect a thing.
Why anyone would stick around is beyond me....working for a bunch of pigs that lie, cheat, and lie more.
Hope youre correct
