Exhausted and frustrated. Anyone else feel this way?

@anonymous member of the HR team, please know that we no longer care. We have been mentally, physically and emotionally abused. No one is looking at the ones doing the hard work. Nobody cared and we are leaving. Most of us already have out resumes out and looking for the right position if we haven’t left already. SunTruist is a sinking ship.
We have told you repeatedly that things are bad. You continue To tell us better days are ahead but who is doing anything to make better? I refuse to bend over and take it anymore. I was loyal for decades and never thought there would be a day that I would leave. SunTruist, you can have this Titanic.

Beau and Donta sure don’t. You work, they reap the rewards…..until they inevitably sell (or “merge”) again by 2024.

I took the retirement offer and I know it was the best thing I ever did in my life!! The stress is gone!! I sleep late and no time line to adhere to. Love retirement!!! Now my husband drives me nuts..,😂
