Does the management really think that things can continue to work this way, after cutting our colleagues those of us who survived are supposed to be doing double workloads?

I've been doing double, triple, etc. in increasing increments since the '20 layoffs. of course my compensation has been decreased concurrently in the inverse direction due to inflation and no raises. eff this place. it's a garbage dump with fugtarded leadership.

fact of the matter is they have reduced investment on the CX area for future . They do not see need for the number of resources that were let go . If stability is the criteria for us , we should look for a new job
