I was a director and was at 161k when I left
I was a director for years. never made it past 150.. too many years with 2 percent raises..
I know software engineers that are almost at 200, and I'm not talking about advisors or managers.
I've seen several new directors with bright goals to move the company forward. Fiserv will grind them down into leaving in about nine months.
You might get 20% of what you expect if you really give it your all.
If you climbed here a long time your directorship will pay less than if you come on as a director or leave and return.
Fiserv is miserly in increment steps and the vertical adjustment is miserly as well.
If you’re coming in as a director aim high as you’re aware fiserv is quite stingy with the annual step.
Have an exit plan if it doesn’t work out for you.
I know one in Alpharetta that’s 220 (and the stock thing). All depends on the department and duties. Director here just means direct reports.
Most are at $185k plus bonus
Check glassdoor
Think seriously about joining and weigh your optiions carefully.
It all depends on how long they have been here and where you are located. I know one in Alpharetta that has been here 10 years that is about $135 plus bonus which is now mostly stock
