So the ‘Employee Digital Experience’ software is being rolled out. They will literally be tracking every keystroke, website, app you use and how busy your laptop is. No doubt this will be used for in-depth stats on productivity. Those 15/30 min breaks you have away from desk where sometimes answers come to issues that didn’t in front of the screen will now be seen as unproductive. What next … logging comfort breaks ? That's not what MyDesktop does. If Oracle really tracked activity that closely then I would have been fired 15 years ago. I'm smarter than 98% of their staff and that's how I've been working 5 or 6 hours a week for $150K.

Takeo is watching you and grading you. Are you Self trying? How valuable are you to the company? Are you tied to specific vertical or specific customer? If you aren’t bring in revenue, that can be monitored. Safes will get you.

Would have helped me. I was the one doing all the work. This would have been evidence in my favor. The reality is that there are a lot of people working at Oracle without working at all. People who know how to lie and manipulate other people are the ones who move up the ladder. They need to do something to determine what the employees are actually doing. This sounds like a step in that direction. How does a company clean up corruption if not by doing things like this?
