Good employees continue to jump ship and if we get a replacement that's any good he or she is gone within a few months. Sad state of affairs indeed. This whole place is falling apart but few people care. Frankly, I don't give a damn anymore either. I'll be out before it reaches the bottom.

Yep 600 hours a week. That was obviously a typo on my phone. I hope someone had a good laugh!
Our BU lost so many senior and staff level engineers nobody knows what's going on anymore. They're replaced by new hires who have NO idea how bad things are and then they too burn out and leave. The ones who stay either can't move on easily due to personal reasons or are holding on to their teammates for support. Zero vision and direction from Frankie B, maybe he can mention more astronauts and baseball players in his next townhall and drive away another throng of people tired of his absurdity.
I was more productive at home than in the office. I also worked longer days at home. No one thanked me for putting in longer hours and getting more work done. And btw, the stay at home mom comment is offensive.
The only people I saw leaving were (a) terminations or (b) moving on out to a better job in another company. High Productivity means Sapience recording how your fingers do the walking on the keyboard. Hey, no one is typing constantly during the work day, however long that may be. Funny too that many firms in America have adopted stay at home, remote, as a good business model so the stay at home mom comment is an insult.
@fxy+1iahRE2y Anyone would be tired working 600 hours a week. I imagine the quality of your work must have been incredible just based on your post.
No i left and i was high performing. I had a fantastic relationship with my clients. People are tired of working 600 to 70 hours a week
Wow, isnt it enlightening that the shills post here too so that you really know how exec leadership feels about you?
Do what is right for you, but i do not regret leaving. I regret staying.
snd+1iahRE2y, no these folks are high producing people. Fiserv is laying them off.
Get real...
Don't believe the bs from @snd+1iahRE2y (HR) it is directed at candidates, prospects or competitors. The post here with the other zillion or so is true the place has gone to heck. I recently left because of the inability to do anything useful due to the lack of resources, a leadership that is he-l bent on cost cutting to maintain its share price. Ask any Fiserv client is Fiserv meeting their commitments, SLA or how often they find out key resources they have worked with for years are suddenly gone without being replaced. Look at how many ex-Fiserv employees are now at our competitors. Just like everything these days look at the evidence forget the spin doctors. Sad they even post here.
The only people I see leaving are the people who can't cut it in a high productivity environment anymore. They got weak during the remote work pandemic and now want to spend their days being stay at home moms.
Our BU has lost so many people and more are forced to leave soon. Won't have enough trained folks to handle our 24/7/365 operations.
No direction from above at all. No vision. No answers.
