If Oracle stockholders were smart they’d send her packing. She’s the Steve Ballmer of Oracle. They keep canning the ICs but leadership is where Oracle is failing.
I don’t know if it is a bad sign or not, but you can be sure that her spreadsheet analytics will result in reduced (if any) raises, bonus structures cut in half, and sales quotas doubled. Other than that, it could be a good move.
