Nothing in a stores has gotten better in previous years, the network is getting worse by the day, commission is horrible, benefits cost more every year, employee discount, ha...some customers get a 35 percent accessory discount, I work here and get 25 percent, employee upgrade discounts suck, they have cut every perk we have, yet they expect us to perform at higher and higher levels every year! Employees are fed up, the people making all of the cr-p decisions that are ruining the company are the same people that have ki---d the employees morale in stores. The company continues to make billions yet we continue to make less and less every year. Hey, C suite imbeciles!! The numbers from last quarter should be a wake up call!! What you're doing is not working, planting trees and being woke won't mean much after you've run the company into the ground! Listen to what we say in surveys, pay people what they are worth, instead of making people hate their job, make them want to come to work, stop all the micromanaging, you have lost most of the good people that worked here, more are leaving daily, your pipe dream of having 20 yr olds work in stores is not working!!! 90 percent quit within the first 6 months, they don't want to deal with the sh-t for no money! We went from a company that provided a good career with great pay, perks and benefits to a place that no one wants to be, as can be seen in all of the stores that have no staff!! Value and care about your employees and they will value and care about their job!!

As a long time employee, I can tell you that nothing is ever the fault of bad decisions, bad products or bad management , it's the fault or the front line people, you're not selling enough, you're not trying hard enough, you don't ask the right questions!! No you d-mbasses!!! The customer doesn't want your pos hum, they could care less that we have a ring doorbell, they aren't coming to Verizon to buy an Xbox!! They are coming into stores to ask why their bill keeps going up, why their service is getting worse and worse or why they have to wait on hold for an hour only to be transferred from care rep to care rep that have no idea what they are doing. Upper management needs a damn clue, customers want good service at a good price , not a rumba!
I made more than $4000 checks, make sh-t now, as for resellers, most people that leave come back, quick, mint, visible ,track phone, have no place for customers to go, we hear about it daily, as they are coming in to port back because they're service sucks and or they can't get any customer service, young and old doesn't matter
Verizon will soon be indirect all the way so it no longer has to deal with employees.
Look at Visible and Tracfone, no retail even their commercials make Vteamers look worthless.
If you still believe the joke of Vteamers and ki----g yourself for $600 checks then you never knew about the $4K checks 4 years ago.
Verizon will continue to make money and even more once all the retail stores go to indirect locations.

They won't stop till they drive the retail business to outsourcing. That is how they do it. Then it turns to garbage and they can point the finger at someone else. They never take responsibility. One day it will be too late and the company will be lost with no turning back. So be it.
If it's any consolation about 50-60% of new hires drop from CS & IS during/immediately following training. The market is changing either find a new job or shut up.
