Customer abuse is real. Apparently they are contacting customers aggressively with Java searches (licensing issues) trying to fuel cloud sales.

Those affected by the Redwood Shores RIF come off the books on Monday, so it makes sense that round 2 begins soon.

It is not another layoff, rather it is simply the next phase of the plan. There is still another wave coming in December!
