The best decision I have ever made was getting out of there and moving on. I have wasted way too many good years working there. I was convinced that that’s the best I could do at the time but I was so wrong. I found a new job and I’m shocked at how much my quality of life has improved since. Leaving Humana saved me.

OP, was there a final straw that prompted you to leave, or was it just a combination of things? I’m starting to reach my boiling point, and I have been with Humana less than a year. For any other newbies, are you experiencing this too or is it just me?
This place is not worth it. So many opportunities out there. The culture is horrible and the fravoritism is really horrible.
