Managers are’t paid nearly enough. I’d like to see all manager pay increase by 30% and front line worker pay decrease by 20%.
why do we need srmgr ? just to approve timesheets??
I guess it depends on the role. Sr. Mgr in customer service will make less than Sr. Mgr in over engineers or some other areas. Are you managing 6Vs or 7V/7Ts? What line of business?
$110-$160 sounds about right.
Is it worth it? Well, that all depends on your AD. If they are worthless and in over their head, your life will be miserable. If they struggle with communication and decision making skills, then you are scrwd. Their failures as a leader will make your life so much more challenging and frustrating.
Best of luck to you
Why would you go to the most expendable role? Think about it.
between 110-160 roughly depending on tenure/role etc. Goodluck.
Team recently had an SM change. Previous SM was an exceptional leader in a time at the company when such leadership skills are very few and far between. If leadership had any sense at all, the previous SM should have been kept and the current one should have been promoted to customer. New SM would sell their momma to the devil himself to save their own soul. New SM spends so much time polishing various as--s with their own lips that they may actually need a semi load of lip balm to prevent chafing. This person is not a leader at all. Just a traffic director and not very good at that. Leaders should lead by example and inspire their direct reports and this one definitely does not how to nor has any desire to do so.
