Don’t really know how upper mgmt. lives with themselves. At field level, morale is horrible, the work is hard, treatment is terrible and the pay sucks…and mgmt. is fine with it! Undoubtedly, the Upper mgmt. team, utter filth, needs to be fired…they set the poor standard and are pathetically useless. No open forum just dictatorship…enjoy prison or quit while you can Reps. You deserve better…

Well said…the problem is every time we do a survey the results come back good. We all know, in the field, it’s a total lie and the surveys are skewed…all middle management know this to be true. Their just puppets…systemic, from the top to the bottom…definitely not a people company.
