I hope that I will not be cut before I find another job, and I have given myself a deadline to find it as soon as possible. I'm sure there are many more of us with such a plan.
Because, what will it be like to work here for those who survive these layoffs? The pressure on employees has long been enormous. It can only get worse.

The constant uncertainty is mentally draining. It’s hard to focus on work when you’re worried about loosing your job.
