For the last f-ing time, THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PHYSICAL SPACE FOR 100% RTO. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.

All the chatter about JPM /GS going back 5 days a week is a lie. I have friends in both shops. This push only impacts FO employees (ie IB and S&T). Support functions generally have far more flexibility and much of tech is still fully remote or in a few days a week max. Don’t believe the hype.

Goldman and Dimon have both been publically supporting RTO. Why would anyone think Dimon's little puppet-boy failure would have an original thought?

MotherFRTO. The board needs to save the company by firing everyone in NYC before it's too late.

I’m in Commercial Banking - Global Treasury Management and the new expectation we were given was 12 days RTO a month which averages out to the same 3 in a week but with a lot more flexibility.

I heard it’s going to be mandatory 7-days-a-week RTO, 12 hours a day. (Plantation staffing model.)

Yes, that is happening everywhere. Add RTO and some teams will have zero people. And that won't work

I'm not sure tech cares about attrition. They continue to thin out teams already stretched too far.

I know of one team that is down to 1/3 it's size from 2 years ago, same volume of work and they were still cut further.

It won't be tech. Too much attrition already. RTO would destabilize everything with mass exodus

Good luck when you go back! Our office is unsanitary. It’s disgusting and filthy. There’s a horrible smell coming from areas. There’s a rodent problem. There are hundreds of dead bugs in the lights. Thought Wells Fargo CARED about Team Members but they don’t.

Prepare for the exodus. Charlie gets 20% the rest of us get squat.
