So apparently, the site officially closes on November 3rd. Security will continue to stay until the end of the year.
BAC Associates and all managers and supervisors (only ones there) will begin the WFH transition on that date. No exceptions. All support staff (CX, PM, ISD, TW, etc) will be subject to the same.
The reason? It’s funny to be honest. HKY LKS facilitators and Learning Enhancement Leads are traveling to Coral Springs and Marietta in the coming days (some already there) to train new hire BAC classes. Fun fact: all classes will include on-site facilitators to train future classes to “eliminate travel”.
Fiserv cannot afford to take BAC off of the phones. By Nov 3rd, 4 classes will be in ABAY taking the calls, allocating for the time to send these HKY associates home.
Waiting LAST MINUTE to transition. There is such a big picture that we are just not told. It’s awful.
These poor LKS folks are training their replacements.
