Well from what ive read, i assume that some folks on here will be out of a job this Friday. I feel for you all. Like or love Mondelez, people are still losing jobs. Wish you all the best and God Bless

No one I know stayed on as an order writer versus being a sales rep as an optional position when given the ax!!! We lost sales reps to severance. That's it. No one demoted from sales rep down to order writer.
I call bullsh-t to employees down grading to a lower position option. You stay in your position, OR you get the ax, and GTFO!!!
The employees either quit, get a severance, or they stay in a new sales rep position, there's no down grade to order writer, etc.
If someone was a sales rep, and they were demoted, and stayed on with the company, let's hear from you. We're all waiting...
