It's pretty sad when so many employees are practically begging to get a severance.
The company really needs to do a self reflection and look inward to figure out why the majority of the employees do NOT want to work here any longer.
It's not the job, it's the management and the company culture.
It's not about gender/women anymore either. Stop acting like "females" have an advantage.
It's 100% about people of color, transgender, g-y, etc. Liberals.
White people are 100% out, only women of color and transgender need apply.
Then on top of all that add in the favoritism and nepotism, and there you have it.
Upper management is the pits…it is like communism and freedom of ideas is prohibited unless you want to be out of a job! If you aren’t the field, management will work your bu-t into the ground while they sit on their as--s and do nothing. A very liberal company. Only women and diverse 😳 candidates need apply for management.
I tell everyone that! It's not that new, been that way for a while now. They don't care so why should we? I don't and haven't. You'd think that when they had team building events like weekenders etc, and nobody went, they would figure it out. Nope, our DM just spent the money on getting tanked.
