I much prefer to think of these topics as "gardening", "pruning" and "tending to the flock" across the "changes in the seasons". Can we try to keep discourse on this board nicer, more pleasant, civil and upbeat? Thanks in advance!

I've been here just over a year. I still feel like I was hired to be layoff bait.
FYI "rightsizing" starts up again next month.
Just call it what it is: Management failure. These guys should be thankful they aren’t back in feudal Japan where failure had REAL consequences. Of course that opens up a whole new vocabulary. And not a Zen garden in sight!
