Get those resumes out! I've already sent a bunch of applications and I'm already a little less anxious because I'm hoping to get an offer. Now I'm more busy with expanding my connections than working as hard as before.
There is no point in just waiting and hoping that you will survive.

@2oda+1iVBedyU Yes impacted will get at minimum a 60 day notice per WARN. During that 60 day notice time you will still be employed by Humana and can look for jobs internally. You may also be eligible for a severance package of 2 weeks per year of service up to 52 weeks payable after your last day. During that severance time you will also retain your insurance. Post severance you can get Cobra and should apply for unemployment.
