That no one goes into the office. This RTO is ruining the company and making everyone’s life harder. Is Frank even in the office? They can’t fire the entire company it’s time to stand in solidarity.

RTO or not...why would anyone want to stay here...much less fight for the right to continue to be subject to this kind of mis-management? Put the energy into finding a good role in a company that isn't continually finding ways to demean and diminish people's work and focuses only on dashboard metrics, regardless of their actual business value or impact on associates or clients. You don't need picket signs, you need to send out resumes. Why do you think no one can print in BH?
My guess is that Frank lives in the office. Probably at his wife's request.
See, having everyone go into the office builds teamwork by creating badge-in teams. Frank's plan is working!
I hear there there is a group planning the same thing. They are all going to walkout on the same day. I think this will catch up very soon. One man cannot do this to Fiserv.
Works if you manager is offsite. How do you badge like this if you have to badge out as well?
There are people who like going in to the office, you'll never convince them otherwise. Do what I did and start a badge pool. Me and 2 other people take weeks and badge each other in, so we each only have to go in 1 week out of 3...currently looking for a trusty fourth.
How about the week between Christmas and New Years?
Frank is in. He literally lives 2 miles from the office
Have you seen Clockwatchers? One of the temps decided for the group to not show up for the next day. However, they all decided to show up anyways except for her. When she does show up the day after, manager terminated her and had security escort her off the premises. Some people need their jobs more so than others.
Ok Norma Rae
I’m in
