Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

If they're thinking about redistributing work to the remaining workers...

the big question is whether it will be feasible?

The people I work with are already overworked to the max and I believe that none of them is willing to do additional work if they survive layoffs. Especially because it is possible to find a much better job, where employees are treated more fairly.

Starnes the Stooge, I think that is called "Quite Quitting" which is already prevalent at Truist. ALL the overachiver have left.
