If you want to get promoted to DM all you have to do is go run a high volume store and lose over $5k in inventory, go out on leave let your ASM's take the fall for you by them getting Finals when you were the one who gave them direction to lie on the inventory count. Your RD will not hold you accountable but instead she promotes you to a DM when you get back and literally know nothing about how to run a store let alone a district. I almost forgot to mention that when you returned from leave you didnt even work 5 days in your store because the commute was too long? This is blasphemy!!! Tell my employees to lie and make adjustments to inventory then come back go to your store only 2-3 times per week and BAM here comes the RD with the promotion of a lifetime when her other DM quits on the spot on her! Yea on the spot quit on the RD and she was not happy let me tell you that!
So many people cannot believe what has happened before our eyes. Our RD has no shame she has obvious favoritism towards people and the company specifically the VP and HR have let her get away with all of this. Then they want to parade around IG making it seem like everything is fine. Well hate to bring you back down to reality but EVERYONE has seen the decisions that she has made and it makes people utterly disgusted.
Where is the accountability? This RD has been in the same role and same territory for almost 7 yrs now!!! if she isn't good enough to promote then at least make some type of change. A lot of employees especially members of management across her entire territory feel this way.
