The goal of mission one is to make us the best DSD company in the country. Don’t you see that? Your sacrifices make it possible for us managers to sit at home all day and do nothing. we don’t care if you are burnt out, just do it so we don’t have to. life is great!!! thanks to your sacrifices, we will be able to do the following. 1. Sit at home and watch our favorite shows and movies. 2. Attend happy hour. 3. Email you and nag you about taking pictures of displays. 4. Get 6 weeks of vacation. And lastly, 5. Get paid for sitting on my couch.

The only one's "lacking integrity and honesty" are the management team at Mondelez! They set the tone. At one time I actually did really give a damn, but after years here I realized my boss didn't. "if you can't beat em, join em"!

I sure love "leaving my phone" in a store while I go to the movies or lunch with friends. My mentor taught me this early on since my DM never spent one single day in the field with me, he was busy getting drunk and screwing the RMS.

You’re very very welcome. I’m extremely fortunate to work for a company that has invested so much money into dsd and so committed to it. I would like to take this time to thank all the full timers who pick up the slack by working on their days off so I don’t have to. Fulltimers doing trax so I don’t have to. Fulltimers writing my orders so I don’t have to. Basically doing my job.
Now I won’t be attending happy hour or having the luxury of sitting at home, but I have the benefit of spending an hour or 2 each day shooting the breeze with others or sitting in my car milking the clock.
I am utterly “blessed”. Thank you!
