I think that dioshit was talking about rewards. Meaning 60% got a reward. That may have been a $100 spot reward but “it counts.” All optics.

Sure differs from what SM stated in his all hands, where he sounded like everybody was going to get something, since they heard our concerns about the raging inflation.

If you are not yet impacted, it’s still business as usual. Someone running these numbers knows that there is a significant number of RSUs and focal that will never see the light of day (more than a typical year). It’s Monopoly money.
