I mean this was obviously in the works for some time. I don't think they whipped this up in just a couple weeks. I mean unless that video announcing it was strictly Hollywood and this was all just a show. Put up a little pop up pre paid shop and make a big deal about it to try to give wall street and the shareholders a bo--r. Was this total wireless in planning before the terrible quarters and they just had to continue to roll with it?

Rebranding of total wireless to total by Verizon. Lipstick on a pig. Same cr-appy service with (un)support from overseas. Same 50% month to month churn. Same complaints of lost numbers and airtime.

If they listen closely in BR they should be able to hear the collective groan that went up from the workforce when this announcement hit.
