What is the layoff ratio with IDC 5:1 or worse?

You might as well include Australia and New Zealand
One think the VPs are good at it to hire 3 resources in IDC after laying off one in US. No wonder they don't have time to think about products and competitors.
Stop sponsoring H1bs and L1bs visas. There is no way anyone can claim there are no US citizens available who are willing to do the job. What a shame.
