Don't categorize all tenured personnel into the lazy box, or I'll start in on how lazy and PATHETIC you people of today are. You late teen, 20, and 30 something year olds are in for a great surprise when all the older people, the ones actually doing the work, aren't here anymore. And I don't just mean at Mondelez, I mean in the world, so STFU!!!
I highly doubt worthless reps will be let go. Some of the laziest reps have 20-30 years in. They don’t get let go because of tenure/seniority. You call them out for being lazy and they justify it by saying “they did their time”.

I do not know one person that enjoys working here.
We may like our job, but the culture of this company is negative AF due to management and a lot of people have been overworked for too long.

We have a 3 hour call September 28th not sure what’s it’s about but would assume it’s about what’s coming in mission one, we’re suppose to go live January 1st
