It's surprising how Fiserv doesn't know how to get the best out of people anymore. There are still plenty of very capable and talented people here who are totally invisible - until they take their knowledge to the competition. How many people do you know who were very undervalued here but did great things once they went to competitors? There are many of them. Fiserv seems to be working against itself.
