Hard to tap in to a sense of purpose when you don't feel supported. How about we get our basic employee facing systems working correctly first?

You have to give more of yourself produce more focus on making hans I mean verizon money !!! Who cares he was fired for poor stock performance at another company everyone gets a second chance. It doesn't matter that if he ruins this company and gets fired he gets 40 million to leave. That all doesn't matter because I should only focus on myself and not others
I think we already do that but when we are now so limited with resources and support due to years of cutting, it’s hard and impossible to have purpose with focus.
