The office is cringe
People who work in office buildings help to keep locations like cities in business: no workers, no lunch counters, fewer buses, small businesses close down, etc. No one is prepared for the ghost-towns of cities in the post-office world, which is what has NYC, SFO and others in a panic.
Anymore when I train people that are overseas I leave lots of important stuff out...
An American company should be keeping jobs in America...if you don't...you deserve to go under..

Yes. I got real tired of training the contractors. They left behind a mess, and I’ve been cleaning it up ever since. Never again am I training someone in this company. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll help provide support, but I’m not a teacher.
The only reason for RTO is to train H1-B.
Because without us transferring our knowledge - they only have about 2 years of exp. working in China.
And that is being generous because we all know how honest every job applicants is.
Too bad, we can’t figure out a way to post this article on the Teamworks homepage.
It's hard to find truthful articles among all the pro-RTO propaganda, but this is one of them.
