For the life of me, I can't figure out how PayPal is among America's best employers according to Forbes. Even if we disregard constant layoffs, this place has very little to offer and it expects too much from us all the time. Who makes these decisions? I'm sure most employees feel the same way I do, so how are they determining the best places to work if they ignore employee feedback?

yes, bought and paid for.
Oh they pay for that. Everything with PayPal is just image, they never actually care about anything they pretend to.
It's got its issues, definitely. Things are often utter chaos. I'm definitely underpaid for the industry. Reorgs keep stunting my career growth. Management has no idea what most of the teams do.
That being said, I make way more here than any random job off the street, I learn a ton, and I work with smart people. I also work with a lot of absolute mo--ns who don't deserve to work here.
The silver lining keeps the madness at bay. I won't say it's all bad. I'd still vote no, though.
No
Years ago, someone told me that our computers are set up to automatically vote for PP in that little sham of a thing.
Forbes is the National Enquirer of business news.
