Suggestion for reducing expenses

There goes another $145 million in fines for 401k with DOL. You know what, I think it's high time the BoD clean house in the executive ranks, don't you?!?

They talk and preach about reducing expenses at the top, so cut the executive salaries for everyone in Hudson Yards, San Fran and Charlotte and bonuses for all these fines and save the company and shareholders millions! Retain the workers and people who do all of WFs dirty work day in and day out. Can we get some likes below?!?

The executives constant travel tells you all you need to know about how much "they" care about cutting costs. They'll squeeze us for sure, but not take an unnecessary trip to wherever to meet with 10 employees while filling up those expense reports, not a chance. Do as I say, not as I do.

Form a team member union and I’m sure employees will help find ways to cut expenses. Keep finding ways to stick it to your employees, and they’ll find ways to spend your money.

So true. Recognize the long time team members holding this company together. They are the ones far back in operations who keep things running. They are the longtime employees who still remember when WF was a great company. They don’t believe in entitlement.
You want to cut expenses, then cancel the third-party racial equity contract you just implemented. You do realize that you were driving this company into the ground by not focusing on serving your best clients, getting rid of the asset cap and not recognizing your star employees?
Honestly, I think it’s too late for this company. Time for an M&A team to chop it up and sell it off.

If they fired the current crop they would just bring in new ones at even higher salaries.

Teamworks are either about the some ridiculous batshit crazy woke deal or about a new "leader" who collects and runs off after 2 years and delivers on exactly zero. Only people who make this deal run are long time employees, the exact people this place hasn't promoted in fact in most cases demoted and hasn't up their wages in a very long time.
