My opinion is that the more days we have to be in the office, the greater the attrition will become.
I'm already thinking about finding something else, because working from home was literally the only thing that kept me in this place. I believe I'm not the only one.

Company is genuinely too big to fail, but will feel the effects of the short-sighted decision making which will result in short/medium term issues with servicing and client delivery. While violently disagreeing with the "strategy" and even more so with how it was implemented...given enough time, sure, service levels may recover. But at what cost and what losses... Shame CEOs don't prescribe to the "do no harm" oath....
@bqd+1iKco2Vq, Almost every tech company around the country is work from home and continuing to go more that direction.They learned that they can get higher caliber talent without paying them to move.
Those big banks should trust their employee's to make the decision to go into the office if needed and set clear goals. Remember they are not a financial technology company. Fiserv is more of a technology company than a bankng company, and it is being run like a banking company. That is why so many Tech guys are leaving.
Yes. I'd be surprised if there isn't some type of scandal or incident caused by gross negligence involving Fiserv within the next five-ten years. My gut tells me Frank will end up driving the company into the ground.

I’ve been here less than a year but I’ve seen enough already. I am also applying and ready to move on from this place.
Attrition is plummeting as the economic situation worsens. Most companies announced hiring freezes or layoffs already.
The best fintech company (let alone any company) is certainly one that struggles with:
- Return to office / physical location of employees
- Badge swiping (in and out)
- Employee monitoring (ZScalar, Sapience, etc.)
- Timesheets
- Excessive and centralized bureaucracy
- Go woke, go broke
This company has no future, it's not a place for innovation, vision or growth. As much as the company will ask you to accept change, when it, itself, does not accept change.
Hang on if you wish, or leave on your own terms. Do what is best for you. The economy stinks, but the job market is still afloat. You are worth more than this place, all you have to do is prove it to yourself. Otherwise, sit down, shut up and take your seat.
