I have no other explanation for the way the management treats us except that the company actually hates its employees. The worst managers, those who prevent their employees from advancing and motivate the best employees to leave, stay in their positions for a long time.
I only had a great manager once, but he stayed for a very short time. What's this all about? Why does Fiserv like bad managers so much?

The only thing that matters is loyalty to Frank. If someone is competent they will question Fiserv's incompetent policies. That manager will be forced out and replaced with someone loyal to Frank. Eventually all managers will be incompetent because Frank is afraid he will be replaced by someone better.
Sorry for you. I have had such wonderful managers, true leaders. One of the main reasons I am still here.
