I would say the problem is they've brought in so many managers from other companies who left their own firms because they wanted advancement and only care about meeting their objectives to get their bonus. They don't want to (or simply can't) manage the issues, their only goal is to shorten timelines/reduce payroll so they get their bonus
Too bad there isn't a way to identify the weirdos that post here and get them laid off so the board can stay on the topic of layoffs.
