Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Join the Fiserv Employees Union! We’re Stronger Together, just like they say about RTO!

So I continue to be amazed that in a state like New Jersey, no one has thought of unionizing.
Management is more than happy to ask for “more, more, more” from the poor minions that do the work. They seem to forget, lose touch with, whatever, that most of us work to live. We’re there for the paycheck! No shame in it!
So the company is always Uber healthy, Fintech Rocket to the moon, blah blah, until it is raise time. I don’t know of anyone who has even kept up with inflation here during the last five years. Certainly not this year. So, while they expect you to be loyal minions and “FiservProud”, they’re paying you less for the same every year. It’s called “real wages” and I bet Frank laughs about it with his cronies at the club all the time.
Tack on gas and expenses so you can live Frank’s dream of being an extra in “Office Space” and our “Human” company (heard the word come right out of Frank’s mouth) looks more like a diamond mine in Rwanda.
No one need take my word for it. Google inflation rates, and look at what they’re handing out. Just sayin….
Our only power would be together. They think a railroad strike would jack things up.
All those great minds in Jersey, and Wall Street, taking the subway to work from their walk up loft or Jersey flat, while the higher-ups whine because you’re not in the office….power to the people!

Make sure that you have documentation that your managers are aware that you are trying to form a Union. If anything happens, file a complaint with the NLRB

I did too. There is literally no reason for most workers to stay at Fiserv. I live pretty far from the office, and there was definitely no benefit for me to make that drive every day. The culture is pretty much ruined now anyway.

These sort of movements never work out. Trust me. After they form they start making demands like "compensation" and want things like "not dying". It is just a big hassle. Plus that causes executive bonuses to be slightly smaller and no one wants that. It is better if you just don't unionize and keep the gravy train chugging along. Choo choo.

Well, I suppose that explains why a Trump Republican is all “diverse this and inclusive that”. All of these robber barons use the same play book.
I know Frankie Layoffs isn’t the only great American CEO out there spending his time tracking whether you fa---d in your office chair today, and how many times. Maybe this message could benefit folks in other places too.

Did you know that Amazon tracks "diversity" as a risk mitigation factor against unions? Meaning the more "diverse" a workforce is, the less likely it is to form a union.

Far easier to move on and leave the dumpster fire behind. Why would you want to clean the mess up? Other companies don’t regard their employees this badly, I headed to one and left this junk far behind in the rear view mirror
