I got the employee of the month award. I was given a $50 gift certificate for depends. That only gives me 1 every three weeks. I pity the people at cloud world who will sit next to me. I assume SM is referencing this as part of the 60%. Going to order more chili now.

If you quietly gave yourself a raise and a mere token to your favorites & did not give an increase to the hardworking employees esp those carrying workloads of those that left (in addition to their own work), you should be quietly fired! You are poison to Oracle.
You are a cause of LT & ST problems for Oracle. Lack of accountability is a major GAAP internal control issue, SEC violation and needs to be addressed.
Definitely grounds for termination.

Don't forget the consolation prize, a bonus or RSU's that unlike Twilio they will never auto vest if you dont survive to the vest date,

If you have not received compensation increases after this past year then you have been 'quietly fired'. Perhaps it is either time to move on or to 'quietly quit'.
