It’s marketing and nothing more. A feel good story for Truist to appear that they “care” about their employees. So people talk about this, instead of this disaster of a merger.
I took VSRP, but I suspect it is woefully neglectful. Only meant to raise to raise the lowest employees! Mostly branch members, teller, and operation folks. Which is not a bad think, they are the most underpaid employees. If you are in a higher position, do not expect much!
