I have been here almost 10. I do not feel like going to WF and then working 10 years just to get the perk. I can quit here, take 6 weeks off, and then start a new job.

They took away earning pto at 15 years,l…now we get it at 10 years and TWENTY FIVE…
I don’t see WF doing this at all. We get our acrylic cubes and piece of paper and we’re to be grateful and continue on another 15 years for the next bone.

Wells Fargo used to offer sabbaticals many years ago.

Someone I know took 3 weeks and only in America does everyone one assume someone died when someone takes a 3 week vacation.

There are few companies that care about their employees now. One should compare benefits from the past to now. If you work for a “tech” company, you may get some awesome benefits.

This will never happen at WFC. They won’t even pay for an anniversary lunch any more. No way they value employees enough to give 6 weeks off.

This is why I groan when I hear employees say WFC offers great benefits. Compared to who?

WFC is giving employees the bare minimum, and then turning around and ripping us off in our 401Ks.

Most of our employees, unfortunately, don’t have a clue what they’re missing out on outside of Wells Fargo.

There is a whole world out there, full of companies who appreciate and respect their employees. Don’t become another victim of Wells Fargo.

It’s crazy that some executives would rather offer paid sabbatical than allow full time work from home.

That's pretty aggressive I might say. They are really stepping up the game. Hopefully this starts setting a standard or raising the bar

I took 2 weeks earlier this year and my manager commented negatively on the "extended" vacation. I was floored. Since when is 2 weeks considered extended. Mind you, I was with bank over 25 yrs and definitely had the time.

As a 15+ year veteran of WF, I can't wait to see this happen. I've been wanting to take my family on a long vacation.
