Gee, isn't the whole point of going into the cloud is to not have downtime?? Hmmm, not a good look...
If were going into anyone's cloud I would insist on getting a full refund for every minute of downtime AND to get credit 3x of what I was refunded.

As below, AWS and Oracle announced in 2020 that they're powering Zoom, neither said "EXCLUSIVELY". Indeed the ORCL announcement said Zoom were using OCI to "support it's growth......"
