VZ lacks vision. If we had a vision maybe we could execute it. This is a total failure of the leadership team.

Verizon’s issue is a talent issue across all levels. We spent too many years promoting black women for the sake of diversity and pushing out talented folks who absolutely had more talent because we wanted to check a “diversity” box. Now our leaders are meh, and the people who got passed over for these meh leaders left. We then stripped sales pay down to clerk pay but expect sales results.
I left thank god, it’s such a breath of fresh air to work with smart talented people and hungry sales professionals again.
The vision is that every person will pay for 5G even tho they don’t need it. Does a unemployed fool watching tik Tok all day need 1200mbps to his phone? No just 3mbps.
