I don't think it's worth it anymore. I don't mind working long hours and I don't mind working weekends if I have something to show for it at the end of the day. I don't, though. I was patient, thinking things would settle down but they didn't. Now I'm at the end of my rope and I want to explore more options. I plan to leave as soon as I find something appropriate.
