I hear that results have been shared- can anyone share how the company did? It will be fun to compare reality with the spin we will get on Teamworks

Survey says they don't give AF and nothing will ever change. The end.
Results out in early October. Was 38 questions by the way
My manager is fantastic, so all high marks for them. Slayed the execs though, especially RTO in the comments field.
Yeah, the update is that working at Wells still blows.
Tune in next year for the same update.
They share only the positive results. And there are never action items.
Our surveys went from many questions to 8 under Chainsaw Charlie. And the results of those 8 questions were never shared with anyone.

Results are the same as every previous year, every problem you encounter is yours to fix.
I work for a great manager, so any of the questions asking directly about my manager I was sure to rate favorably although the questions regarding the broader company and “upper management” I was honest in giving poor ratings. Hopefully it doesn’t end up as a negative outcome for my direct manager.
questions were posed to get the answers WF wants.....last year's survey some mgrs. got pretty beat up --which should be their action item to improve not ours.... but my point is WF will always deflect
