It means they did not want to hire anyone they interviewed so kept on going.
the "candidate experience" is absolutely awful
Lol I had an HR interview a couple years ago - screening person asked me "have you ever worked for a large international bank" - ummm yes - you see JPM and BofA on my resume? Jesus...
They're looking at other people, probably external.
Recruiting is a cluster f**k. I got a rejection from a contractor recruiter and you can't even contact them. Job I applied for said 5 years of x experience. I have well over 20 in that area yet the jerk off said I didn't have the required experience.
Means HR is a complete disaster and full of id--ts. I just got done hiring a couple months ago. Even after we chose the candidate, HR sent an email to all the candidates about scheduling another round. What a mind F for those other candidates. HR had to send an apology correction to those candidates.
Means dont apply again
Not enough diversity interviews.
The hiring process at Wells couldn't be any worse from start to finish.
Don't let anything here surprise you or throw you off.
it means they didnt get enough candidates to interview. eos
Probably nothing. Happened to me, and I ended up getting a position.
What do you think it means?
