For those that received an adjustment, have you checked workday to confirm your salary adjustment? I’ve heard some people haven’t received an adjustment and the manager said it was effective this next pay period (9/30)

Am I the only one that has went to the grocery store lately, its like money is worth half now. I used to pick up the 3-4 deals at the grocery store, there's nothing now and the prices are 2X on just about everything. The hood has also taken over my town, its like living in a nightmare now.
Ha, midpoint are trucked out by mgnt when it suits them. In my history with the bank was told of the % and other times advised there was no such thing. Was below. Ranges were used to attract in new employees, not retain existing. And, increases in September for midyear reviews? Wonder what impact these increases will have on the annual adjustments.
