Everyone around me (especially those with no life) sit around and apply for jobs all day long like it’s a fishing exercise. Some get hired. Some fail up.
HR is almost non existent.
What is this world coming to? Those who complain get the most in return.
The best and brightest typically leave. Sometimes they stick around and stay miserable.

Qualified people don’t have a chance against the flood of fishing expeditions taken on by those who aren’t performing in their current roles.
We have professional job applicants who are not doing their day job. Some get to the upper echelons causing the mess you see today. It’s the Wells Fargo way I guess.
