I am tired of this company but I'm curious if there is anyone who changed their mind and regretted leaving this place? Is the grass really much greener elsewhere?
Nowhere is ideal, but I'm afraid of making a mistake and going to an even worse place. Because even when I applied for a job here, I thought this was a much better company than it turned out to be.

Left Humana and no regrets. Should have done it years ago. Much happier.
We've had numerous folks return after leaving our team. Most within weeks of leaving.
The moral and ethical compass of this organization is disgusting. Senior leadership take pride in gaslighting employees and bb "check in" emails are gag worthy. Leave while you still have a soul intact.
I worked there for almost 18 years. Put in many hours. with excellent performance reviews and promotions. And then... I was put on a sham PIP by POS woke managers. Manager who didn't know my history, a manager for only 4 months.
The PIP was a joke, consisting of goals unattainable. Their or my performance objective being purely subjective with no way possible to reach goals. They kept changing; they were so vague as to be open to interpretation. - So, eventually, go figure, I was released.
Glad I am out of there. - Now I'm making more $$. - Now, less stress, at a non-woke business.
Just a side note: Humana was into "Celebrating Diversity". Good? Yeah...maybe if it was applied to individuals. - Unfortunately, I surmise, it was meant only to appease certain groups. - Of course then when these woker get in charge, they tend to bring their own prejudice, effectively seeking revenge. And here I thought, being a good reliable worker, might be the most important thing. Boy was I wrong.
I left as and have absolutely no regrets. I left as part of the great resignation not a RIF. Humana has a history of salary suppression, you are not promoted without apply for the "promotion" and they middle management is pretty terrible. I was WFH for 10 years and with them for 17. There has been a significant shift in corporate culture. I had 3 "market adjustments" to my pay as a result of not being paid my true market value. I left and received $18k more for a similar role with a smaller company in the last 3 months. Best of luck to you.
I left on my own 4 years ago. Required similar pay at my new company and got it. I miss my peers but not senior management. I also feel a greater sense of purpose in my new company, which is worth a few bucks!
I left a year ago. Went to another health insurance with different problems . Even then I dont regret leaving humana. The company is being destroyed little by little. A lot of upper leadership has left. That can’t be a good sign
Not RIF’d but I left (making about $150k) with a package about 2 years ago. Was so nice to have a paid summer off and quickly found another job outside Humana and am extremely happy, better pay and doing work that is fulfilling.. Humana was a good learning experience (both good and bad) but is flawed beyond repair in many ways. Not a day goes by that I wish I was still there. Much better off leaving.
I was RIF’d the last time. I feel very fortunate to have been able to get back into Humana. The other companies/roles are not any better. Other companies cannot match the pay at Humana. If other people disagree, then you are very fortunate. I have not heard if i am being rif’d this time yet.
I left, wasn’t RIFd, and came back a few months later to a different role
