The people that Humana decides to get rid of are some of the best employees. Why is that so?
Cut talented, working employees instead of those who are incompetent... that I will never understand.

If you are in a position where you get to complete the PITA it becomes easy to pick off those who may compete with you in the future. If you're bright, eager and willing the last thing your manager wants is to have you snapping at their feet. It's part of the Peter principle.

I completely agree. Employees that are qualified, disciplined, and hardworking. It’s so unfortunate.
